The short version
Use the app kindly, your list stays yours, the paid plan renews until you cancel, and you can cancel in a couple of clicks.
Who you’re agreeing with
These terms are between you and Anja Petrovic (VAT ID FI32127102), Kauppalantie 31 A 16, 00320 Helsinki, Finland (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hi@anja.design.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use the app. Keep access to your email safe, since that’s how you sign in. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
Everything you write in the app stays yours. You let us store and show it to you, only so the app can work. Please don’t use the app for anything illegal or to harm others or the service.
Plans and payment
- The free plan costs nothing and has limits shown on the pricing page.
- The paid plan costs €4.99 a month or €39 a year, VAT included. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Account and plan. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then return to the free plan. Nothing you’ve made is deleted.
- If we ever change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Payments are handled by Stripe.
Refunds
If the app isn’t right for you, write to hi@anja.design within 14 days of any payment and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. After that you can still cancel any time and keep the paid plan until the end of the period; we don’t refund part periods.
The service
We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be unavailable or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Finnish or EU law.
Ending
You can stop using the app any time, and delete your account and everything in it yourself in Account and plan; that also cancels any subscription. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why. If we ever shut the app down, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and a way to take your list with you.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you before the change applies. Finnish law applies.
